Job Title: Head Plant & Production

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end plant and production operations for multiple concurrent projects
- Own production planning & execution (weekly / monthly / quarterly) to ensure on-time dispatch
- Drive shop-floor performance through daily reviews, priority setting, and bottleneck resolution
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and subcontractors
- Implement lean manufacturing, station-based production, and fixturing to improve productivity
- Lead multi-skilling initiatives and workforce capability development
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, PPE, and statutory compliance
- Drive 5S, housekeeping, and shop-floor discipline across the plant
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, TQM, and TPM practices
- Reduce rework, rejection, and wastage through RCA and CAPA




- Lead quality circles and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with Planning, Materials, Quality, Engineering, and Subcontracting teams
- Support internal and external audits and close observations on time

- Expertise in production planning, resource optimization, and shop-floor management
- Hands-on experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and quality systems
- Sound knowledge of safety, statutory, and ISO requirements
- Ability to manage complexity, drive accountability, and deliver results
