Requirements





- 10+ years experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, with Private Markets experience highly regarded.
- Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into clear deliverables, supporting solution design and user acceptance testing.
- Strong experience working in Agile environments, including user stories, process mapping, gap analysis, and as-is/to-be state definition, with proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across technical and non-technical audiences in global teams.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience in financial data analysis; exposure to SQL, Power BI, and financial concepts is advantageous.
