- Agile and Scrum board management

TechOps & System Administration:

- Basic Linux/Unix system administration (e.g., log inspection, service restarts, file permissions)
- User and access management (LDAP/AD integration experience is a plus)
- Shell scripting or automation scripting (e.g., Bash, Python)
- Experience working with Atlassian tools in a self-hosted or Data Center setting
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) for Jira uptime and performance
- Understanding of networking basics (DNS, firewalls,



reverse proxies)
- Backup, recovery, and configuration export/import in Jira
- Understanding of change/release processes, ITIL concepts

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of Jira Service Management (JSM) and customer portals
- Experience with Confluence, including knowledge base and linked documentation
