As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

Responsibilities

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Change Managers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in change management frameworks, with a strong focus on driving adoption of IT applications

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
- PROSCI Certified

Education

- Full time B.E/MBA
- Degrees/Field of Study required: Master of Business Administration

Required Skills

- Ability to translate technology change into people impact (roles, behaviors, ways of working)
- Define and execute Adoption Change Management strategies aligned to use adoption of IT applications




- Positive knowledge of any of the Microsoft products in enabling adoption of either of these products Microsoft, M365, Copilot, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive or SharePoint

Preferred Skills

- Build migration- or rollout-aligned communication strategies (not generic comms plans)
- Deliver adoption and enablement sessions under Microsoft-approved narratives and assets
- Ability to explain business value and productivity outcomes, not just features
- Ability to build detailed change and communication plans

Years of Experience Required

- 10+ years of relevant experience as Change Manager leading adoption of IT applications

- Prosci-certified Change Management professional will be added advantage
