Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage HR generalist activities such as recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and training.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies to promote a positive work environment.
- Provide support to senior management in strategic planning initiatives related to human resources.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in an HR role within the engineering & construction industry.
- Solid understanding of HR compliance, including labour laws and regulations.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
- Excellent knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
