We are hiring Trainer Nurse for one of our clients.

Job Title: Trainer Nurse
Experience: 2+ yrs

Education: B.Sc Nursing / GNM / Equivalent Nursing Qualification)
Location: Hyderabad

Travel: Hyderabad & Vizag, as per job requirements

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Trainer Nurse with 25 years of experience and strong clinical knowledge. The candidate should have experience in teaching clinical students and be comfortable handling patient-related activities at healthcare centers. The role also requires travelling between Hyderabad and Vizag as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Train and guide clinical students on practical and clinical procedures.
- Handle customer registration and on boarding at the center.
- Measure and record patient vitals accurately.
- Recommend patients to appropriate doctors based on symptom checker analysis.
- Coordinate quick consultations with impaneled doctors.
- Schedule specialist consultations and appointments.
- Handle medicine booking and dispensation as per customer preference.
- Perform in-house tests at the center as prescribed by doctors.
- Collect samples for pathology tests as per doctors prescriptions.
- Book and refer patients to partner radiology laboratories as required.
- Book and refer patients to partner hospitals based on patient needs.

Required Skills





- 2+ years of nursing / clinical experience.
- Experience in teaching or training clinical students.
- Strong knowledge of clinical procedures and patient care.
- Good understanding of vital signs measurement and recording.
- Knowledge of sample collection and basic diagnostic procedures.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate with doctors, laboratories, and hospitals.
- Valuable documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Willingness to travel between Hyderabad and Vizag as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Candidates with clinical teaching / training experience are preferred.
- Candidates with experience in healthcare centers or clinical operations are preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable with patient interaction and clinical responsibilities.
- Candidates should be willing to travel as per job requirements.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period are preferred.
