Good knowledge of RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs (Mandatory)
Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, Secretarial Standards, and Corporate Governance
Exposure to KYC, AML, and regulatory reporting
Required Candidate profile
Strong communication, drafting, and stakeholder management skills
Prior experience in NBFC / Financial Services preferred
