Job Description

- Operate a regulatory advisory service for startups, providing high-quality guidance on regulatory requirements and certifications for medical devices, food, and agriculture products.
- Work closely with experts and regulators to offer practical, high-quality regulatory advice to bio-entrepreneurs.
- Provide regulatory inputs during early-stage prototype development.
- Undertake projects related to facility certification and hands-on regulatory support activities, including building and operating a versatile clean manufacturing facility for startups.
- Assist in Clean Room development and Quality Management System (QMS) implementation.
- Create mechanisms to provide different certification services as and when necessary.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to familiarize startups, technology developers, and entrepreneurs with regulatory requirements for their products.
- Develop in-house capabilities and networks for advising startups on regulatory matters.
- Maintain and update the RIFC website.

Candidate Profile

- Graduation / post-graduation in any discipline of Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, or equivalent.
- At least 2-7 years of experience in QMS processes for medical devices; certification in QMS or equivalent is a plus.
- Exceptional candidates from pharma, biopharma, or medical devices with hands-on experience in regulatory approvals or processes will also be considered.

About the Team

This role is part of the Regulatory Information and Facilitation Center (RIFC), an initiative of Venture Center that assists bio-entrepreneurs in planning, seeking, and securing regulatory approvals. RIFC achieves this by providing access to experts and regulators,



offering practical insights from fellow entrepreneurs, delivering advisory services, and organizing relevant events and workshops

Managers in certain functions are provided the prospect to avail of flexible hours. All jobs are located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
