As a Caf Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our vibrant caf, ensuring smooth service and a fantastic customer experience while managing a dedicated team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the caf team to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily operations, manage stock levels, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the caf.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by setting an example and addressing inquiries or complaints swiftly.
- Maintain accurate financial records of daily, weekly, and monthly revenues and expenses.
- Innovate seasonal menus and beverage offerings that reflect customer preferences and current trends.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout all operations.
- Collaborate with the Head of Operations to streamline processes and build long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced caf or restaurant environment, focusing on customer service and operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate,
and train a diverse team.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English, along with proficiency in using POS systems.
- Flexibility to work shifts according to the caf's operating hours.
- Pre-opening experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

- Experience in menu development and innovation.
- Strong understanding of the local food and beverage trends.
- Proven track record of improving customer experience and operational processes.
