Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Social Media & E-Commerce Manager to manage social media accounts, plan and execute digital campaigns, drive online sales and lead the social media/digital team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, campaign execution, lead/sales generation and e-commerce/online sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow social media accounts across major platforms
- Plan and execute social media and digital marketing campaigns
- Develop campaign strategies focused on reach, engagement, leads and sales
- Manage content planning and coordinate creatives, reels, videos and other digital content
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on results
- Drive online sales and e-commerce growth
- Plan promotional campaigns, offers and online sales activities
- Monitor leads, conversions and customer journey from campaign to purchase
- Coordinate and lead the social media/digital team
- Maintain content calendars and campaign schedules
- Track performance metrics and prepare periodic reports
- Coordinate with sales and management teams for campaign execution
