Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Expertise in designing and executing campus hiring strategies across Engineering, B-School, Graduate, and specialized talent pools. Strong capability in managing end-to-end campus recruitment, including workforce planning, assessments, interviews, offer management, and onboarding. Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with campuses, placement cells, student bodies, and recruitment partners. Ability to partner with business leaders to forecast hiring demand and create scalable campus hiring plans. Skilled in tracking hiring metrics such as diversity, conversion rates, joining ratios, and hiring quality to improve recruitment outcomes.

- PG Diploma in Human Resource Management
Experience
- HR Operations (4+ years)
