We are looking for a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong experience in frontend and backend development to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Node.js, Python, React, Next.js, Angular, databases, and cloud technologies, along with an understanding of modern application architecture and AI integration.

Responsibilities:

- 1. Design and develop end-to-end web applications across frontend and backend.
- 2. Develop backend services and REST APIs using Node.js and Python.

Required Skills:

Robust fundamentals and hands-on experience in full stack development, including:

- 1. Strong experience with Node.js and backend development, with good hands-on knowledge of Python.
- 2. Proven experience building REST APIs, backend services, and scalable web applications.
- 3. Strong experience with Next.js and React, along with good knowledge of Angular.
- 4. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- 5. Experience with asynchronous programming, queues, workers,



and background jobs.
- 6. Understanding of authentication mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth, API security, validation, logging, and error handling.
- 7. Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL, database design, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- 8. Understanding of Redis for caching and session management.
- 9. Experience building responsive, cross-browser applications and optimising frontend performance.
- 10. Familiarity with Docker, Git, GitHub/GitLab workflows, and CI/CD practices.
- 11. Basic understanding of AWS or other cloud platforms.
- 12. Ability to troubleshoot issues and make technical decisions related to scalability, performance, and application reliability.

AI Experience - Plus:

Experience with AI and Generative AI technologies will be an advantage, particularly:

- 1. Experience integrating OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or other LLM APIs.
- 2. Experience in LLM-based application development and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- 3. Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
- 4. Understanding of AI agents, tool/function calling, and prompt engineering.
- 5. Experience developing AI-powered chatbots and conversational applications.
- 6. Familiarity with Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech integrations.
- 7. Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- 8. Ability to integrate AI capabilities into existing web applications.

Nice to Have:

- 1. Experience with microservices or modular monolith architecture.
- 2. Familiarity with message queues such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or AWS SQS.
- 3. Experience with AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront, and ElastiCache.
