Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Triggers. The ideal candidate must have worked on at least 2 end-to-end Service Cloud implementations and possess hands-on development experience across the Salesforce platform.Mandatory Skills

Salesforce Service Cloud with minimum 2 end-to-end implementations into service cloud.
Strong hands-on experience in Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, and Asynchronous Processing.
Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
Experience in Aura Components development and maintenance.
Solid knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Data Model.
Experience with Salesforce Flows and process automation.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce security model, profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.




Knowledge of deployment tools such as SFDX, Git, Copado, Gearset, or Change Sets.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
Build and maintain custom applications using Apex, Triggers, LWC, and Aura Components.
Participate in Service Cloud implementation projects including requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment.
Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Collaborate with administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver business solutions.
