WE ARE HIRING CNC LATHE PROGRAMMER

Location: Ambattur, Chennai
Position: CNC Lathe Programmer
Salary: 40,000 45,000 per month
Experience: 36 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and modify CNC turning programs for production components.
- Hands-on experience in FANUC CNC controls.
- Prepare programs for mass production and new component development.
- Select suitable cutting tools, inserts, speeds and feeds.
- Optimize CNC programs to improve cycle time, tool life and productivity.
- Good Knowledge in Seimens and Fanuc Control
- Understand and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T; and machining requirements.
- Perform program prove-out, tool setting and trial production.
- Identify and resolve machining/programming-related issues.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality and Tool Room teams.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and process stability during production.




- Maintain CNC programs, tooling details and process documentation.

Required Skills:

- Robust knowledge of CNC Lathe programming.
- Good knowledge of FANUC control.
- Experience in mass production / automotive components preferred.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of tooling, inserts, cutting parameters and machining processes.
- Problem-solving and process improvement skills.

Candidate Profile

- Relevant experience in CNC turning programming.
- Candidates with automotive component manufacturing experience are preferred.
