Core Responsibilities

- Campaign planning and execution: Plan and run digital campaigns across channels like search, social, email, and display, in line with the overall marketing strategy and budget.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Do keyword research, optimize website content and meta tags, improve on-page and technical SEO, and build quality backlinks to raise organic rankings.
- Paid advertising (PPC/SEM): Set up and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and similar platforms, including targeting, bidding, ad copy, and budget control to maximize ROI.
- Social media marketing: Manage brand pages, create and schedule posts, engage with followers, run contests or promotions, and grow audience reach and engagement.
- Content marketing: Coordinate creation of blogs, videos, infographics, and landing pages with writers and designers, keeping content on-brand and SEO-friendly.
- Email marketing: Build and segment mailing lists, design newsletters and automated email flows, and A/B test subject lines and content to improve open and click-through rates.




- Website management: Update website content, monitor site performance and user experience, and work with developers on improvements to conversion rates.
- Analytics and reporting: Track KPIs such as traffic, CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions, and ROAS using tools like Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, and prepare regular performance reports with insights.
- Lead generation: Run campaigns aimed at capturing and nurturing leads, and coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality.
- Online reputation management: Monitor reviews, mentions, and comments across platforms, and respond appropriately to protect the brand's image.
- Market and competitor research: Keep an eye on competitor activity, industry trends, and algorithm updates, and suggest current tactics accordingly.
- Coordination: Work with designers, content writers, agencies, and internal teams to deliver campaigns on time.
