Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage factory order fulfillment and ensure continuous production line support.
- Plan and track past-due/backlog orders and production-critical components.
- Monitor daily critical parts requirements and upcoming two-week production plans.
- Lead daily reviews and report-outs on missing parts and supply risks.
- Coordinate with suppliers to expedite deliveries and resolve shortages.
- Support buyers and suppliers with PFR requirements and supply commitments.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams to resolve material constraints.
- Strong understanding of SAP Master Scheduling, back-order tracking, MOQ, Safety Stock, Lot Size, and Rounding Values.
- Hands-on experience with SAP MM and project management tools/processes.
- Knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
- Basic GD&T; and engineering drawing interpretation skills.
- Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
