About the Role
We are hiring compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurses for a leading home healthcare organization. The role involves providing professional nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes while ensuring their safety, comfort, and recovery.
This position is ideal for nurses who can work independently, communicate effectively with patients and families, and are comfortable delivering healthcare services in a home-care workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care as per the prescribed treatment plan and doctor's directions.
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient condition.
- Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments.
- Perform wound dressing, catheter care, feeding tube care, tracheostomy/stoma care as required.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and care records.
- Identify health concerns and promptly escalate to the clinical team.
- Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Educate and guide family members regarding patient care.
- Deliver compassionate and professional patient support.
Eligibility Criteria
- GNM or B.Sc Nursing (Mandatory)
- Valid Nursing Council Registration
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in Hospital, Home Healthcare, or Nursing Care Services
- Comfortable working at patients' homes
- Willing to travel within the assigned locality
- Ready to work 12-hour and 24-hour shifts
- Good communication and patient-handling skills
Work Environment
- Patient care is provided at the patient's residence.
- Assignments are generally allocated within the candidate's city.
- Nurses may be assigned day, night, or live-in duties based on operational requirements.
- Professional conduct, privacy, and patient dignity must be maintained at all times.
