Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Oversee sales floor appearance, ensuring a visually appealing display of products that meet company standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and improve profitability through effective merchandising practices.
- Supervise sales team members, providing guidance on customer service, product knowledge, and performance expectations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to retail operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-8 years of experience in Retail Operations or similar field (apparel industry preferred).
- Excellent communication skills for effective supervision of sales teams and collaboration with other departments.
