About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team in Bengaluru. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment and support the team across sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.

- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

- Conduct initial screening calls with candidates.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

- Assist with offer and pre-joining coordination.

- Maintain accurate recruitment reports and hiring trackers.

- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.





- Support employer branding and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Comfortable speaking with candidates over phone and email.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Prior experience in recruitment or HR is a plus.
