Requirements

- Experience in 2W/3W/4W OEM, Tier 1 MNCs in respective work area in RD and QA function
- Experience in data loggers and instrumentation of 2W/3W for capturing customer usage are preferred
- Knowledge of EMS calibration / HILL testing are added advantage

Role Description

- Conduct sunrise meeting with the workmen.
- Allocating work and maintain self log card for workmen.
- Maintain 2s and VCS updation.
- Carryout preventive / Predictive maintenance as per the schedule.
- Identifying the root causes of breakdown through why why analysis.
- Prepare spares requirement followup for the procurement.
- Carryout services as per schedule for machines under AMC.
- Explicit the abnormalities unsafe conditions identified in audits and carryout process instruments calibration.
- Support workmen in TEI/QCC activities.




- Identification Implementation of SIT projects related to policy MPCP.

Managing Points

- Adherence to preventive maintenance schedules.
- Reduce number of notifications (service breakdowns).
- Reduce line stoppers due to production equipment failures.
- Reduce power fuel consumption.
- Reduce breakdown frequency.
- Identify correct unsafe conditions.
