We are looking for a Tender Engineer with hands-on experience in handling Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal tenders. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end tendering activities, preparing bid documents, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure successful participation in government and PSU tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Search, analyze, and identify relevant tenders on the GeM Portal.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within deadlines.
- Review tender requirements, specifications, and eligibility criteria.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, SCM, Finance, and Sales teams for bid preparation.
- Prepare compliance statements, costing sheets, and supporting documentation.
- Manage EMD, PBG, and other tender-related formalities.
- Track tender status, bid results,



and order execution activities.
- Maintain records of tender submissions, contracts, and customer communications.

Eligibility:

- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in tendering and bid management.
- Hands-on experience working on the GeM Portal is mandatory.
- Experience in Machine Tools, Industrial Machinery, or Manufacturing industry preferred.
- Good understanding of government procurement processes and tender documentation.
- Proficient in MS Excel and commercial documentation.
- Robust coordination and communication skills.
