Position: Senior Draftsman

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Draftsman to support architectural and interior projects. The role will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural and interior working drawings, construction drawings, 3D models and presentation renderings while coordinating with architects, consultants, and site teams to ensure accurate and timely project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed architectural and interior working drawings.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive construction drawings as per project requirements.
- Develop 3D models, visualizations, and presentation renderings.
- Coordinate closely with Architects, Consultants, and Site Teams for project execution.
- Incorporate design modifications and revisions into drawings based on project requirements.
- Maintain proper drawing quality, documentation, and revision records.
- Ensure drawings are technically accurate and meet project specifications.
- Support consultant coordination and resolve drawing-related queries.
- Ensure timely completion and submission of drawings in line with project schedules.




- Assist the architectural team in handling the growing workload of architectural and interior projects.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma in Architectural Draftsmanship / Architectural Assistantship Mandatory
- Certification in AutoCAD and 3D Visualization Software is preferred.

Experience

- 7-8 years of relevant experience in architectural and interior working drawings and related drafting activities.

- Robust proficiency in AutoCAD
- Knowledge of 3D visualization/modeling software
- Expertise in architectural and interior working drawings
