- Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in cash flow management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and optimize collections strategies.
- Prepare MIS reports on a regular basis to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to AR aging.
Job Requirements :
- 2-10 years of experience in Accounting or Finance role, preferably in manufacturing industry.
- Robust knowledge of Oracle or similar accounting software; experience with bank reconciliation is essential.
- Excellent analytical skills for managing Capex expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team member, communicating clearly through verbal and written means.
