- Manage overall agency-client relationships to ensure smooth operations and foster long-term partnerships, independently handling large clients to drive retention and revenue growth while implementing effective project management processes and tools for successful delivery and execution Provide strategic direction and consulting to clients and help them achieve their business and marketing objectives Create effective digital marketing strategies for a client and drive all the project tasks along with reporting and analytics
- Collaborate with stakeholders from different competencies such as paid media, SEO, content, and creative to drive project delivery Support on recent business development by understanding the marketing needs of existing and new clients, and proposing digital solutions through digital marketing, technology, and analytics, from ideation to pitch presentation Support on org wide initiatives and responsibilities like resource planning, invoicing, timesheet management, policy making and implementation,

Requirements

- MBA/Masters in Mass Communications with 8-10 years of total Digital Marketing experience
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, paid media, social, content, marketing automation, analytics, design, and video
- Ability to understand business requirements and propose effective digital marketing strategies and campaigns, backed by a proven track record of managing and growing client relationships and portfolios
- Prior experience managing a team of account executives, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to conceive and articulate effective digital strategies
