About the Role

We're looking for a Data Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment. If you love digging into data, spotting patterns others miss, and telling stories with numbers, this role is for you.

Specifically, this role will involve

- Owning end-to-end data analysis: collect, clean, structure, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Translating business questions into analytical problems and deliver clear, actionable insights.
- Building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders across teams.
- Identifying trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities hidden in the data.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver on tight timelines.
- Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and reports.

- Presenting findings to leadership in a simple, compelling, decision-ready format.

Ideal candidate will have

- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or a closely related role.
- Strong command of SQL and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Proficiency in at least one BI/visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
- Working knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and deliver in a quick-moving environment.
- Excellent communication skills you can explain complex data simply.
- Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with data pipelines and warehousing concepts.
- Prior experience in a startup or high-growth setup.
