Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and deliver IT projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation plans, and status reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies impacting project timelines or budgets.
- Communicate project updates, progress, and changes to stakeholders through regular meetings and status reports.
- Ensure compliance with organizational processes, procedures, and standards.

Job Requirements





- Proven experience in managing IT projects using PMP/PRINCE2 methodologies.
- Strong understanding of stakeholder management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Experience working with Decoding IT Solutions or similar companies is an added advantage.
