Field Executive – ATM (FE-ATM)

Salary & Benefits

- 17,000 NTH
- Fuel Allowance: 200 per visit
- Additional allowance as applicable

Qualification

- Graduate
- Minimum 1 Year of experience in BFSI / ATM / Field Service / Service Operations

Age

21–30 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Visit and monitor 40–50 ATM sites
- Ensure ATM uptime and proper functioning
- Check ATM cleanliness and overall site condition
- Monitor security and report any irregularities
- Coordinate with vendors and service teams for issue resolution
- Conduct regular ATM visits as per assigned schedule
- Maintain visit records and submit daily reports
- Escalate technical or operational issues to the concerned team




- Ensure compliance with company and banking guidelines

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication skills in Local Language + English
- Two-wheeler and Valid Driving Licence mandatory
- Smartphone required
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
- Good customer/service orientation
- Ability to work independently in field operations
