Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter - Light Industrial Staffing to manage high-volume recruitment for staffing requirements across the U.S. The ideal candidate should have solid sourcing, screening, candidate management, and staffing agency experience, with exposure to MSP/VMS environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and local community channels.
- Conduct high-volume phone screening and identify qualified candidates for U.S.-based positions.
- Work closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements and fulfill job orders.
- Manage candidate and employee communication throughout recruitment, onboarding, and assignments.
- Address assignment-related concerns and support employee retention.
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and records in the ATS.
- Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, onboarding, and follow-ups.
- Manage multiple high-volume requirements while meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.

Required Qualifications Skills




- 5+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably with a U.S. staffing agency.
- Experience working with MSP/VMS accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Light Industrial, Warehouse, Logistics, Manufacturing, Production, and Distribution recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus.
- Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and phone-screening skills.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a high-volume recruitment environment.
- English/Spanish bilingual skills are highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ATS platforms, job boards, and online recruiting tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
