About the Role

Adani Group is looking for an experienced CISO / OT Cyber Security Leader to lead the organization's Operational Technology (OT) Cyber Security strategy across critical infrastructure, industrial environments, plants and operational assets.

The role will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust OT security framework, protecting critical industrial systems, strengthening IT-OT security convergence, managing cyber risks and ensuring compliance with applicable security standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall OT Cyber Security strategy, governance and roadmap across business/industrial environments.
- Establish and strengthen OT security architecture, policies, standards and controls.
- Manage cybersecurity risks associated with ICS, SCADA, DCS, PLCs and industrial control environments.
- Drive IT-OT convergence and segmentation initiatives to protect critical operational networks.
- Establish OT SOC/SIEM monitoring, threat detection, incident response and vulnerability management capabilities.
- Conduct OT risk assessments, security audits and cyber maturity assessments across plants and critical infrastructure.
- Develop and implement OT incident response and business continuity plans.
- Ensure effective OT asset discovery, inventory and lifecycle management.




- Lead third-party/vendor security assessments for OT systems, solutions and service providers.
- Define and monitor security controls aligned with IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001 and other applicable frameworks.
- Work closely with CIO, CISO, IT, engineering, plant operations, automation and infrastructure teams.
- Develop and present OT cyber risk, security posture and compliance reports to senior leadership.
- Lead cyber-security awareness and capability-building initiatives for OT/plant teams.
- Stay updated on emerging industrial cyber threats, vulnerabilities and attack techniques.

Required Skills & Experience

- 15+ years of experience in Cyber Security / Information Security, with significant experience in OT / ICS Cyber Security.
- Experience in a CISO / Head Cyber Security / Director Cyber Security / OT Security Leadership role.
- Strong understanding of OT/ICS environments, SCADA, DCS, PLC, industrial networks and automation systems.
- Strong experience in OT risk management, security governance and cyber resilience.
- Hands-on understanding of network segmentation, firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, SOC and threat detection.
- Experience with IEC 62443, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001 or similar standards.
- Experience managing cybersecurity programs across multiple plants/sites/business units will be preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with CXO and senior management.
