- 8–15+ years relevant finance experience
- Solid Financial Reporting (R2R) / Controllership experience
- Hands-on Ind AS / Accounting Standards
- Experience with statutory audits
- Exposure to SEBI LODR / Annual Reports
- Strong month/quarter/year-end closure ownership
- Complex accounting entries and financial disclosures
- Regular interaction with CFO/FC, auditors and business finance
- Experience in GCC/shared services or transitions
- Process improvement and automation mindset
- Team handling + succession planning
- Good stakeholder management and presentation skills
