Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management

- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing.
- Ensure accurate salary computation, deductions and payouts.
- Reconcile payroll data and coordinate with the payroll outsourcing agency.
- Review employee reimbursements and benefits.

Employee Benefits & Compliance

- Manage EPF, leave encashment, medical benefits and employee loans/advances.
- Handle PF accounting, statements and related documentation.
- Manage Professional Tax, income tax and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely statutory filings and returns.

Audit & Reporting

- Coordinate with auditors and payroll vendors.




- Maintain accurate payroll and benefits records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual payroll reports.
- Process Improvement

- Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and improve accuracy and compliance.

Candidate Profile

- 10+ years of relevant experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits and Statutory Compliance.
- MBA (Finance) / M.Com preferred.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, taxation, PF and employee benefits.
- Experience in managing payroll vendors and audits.
- Strong analytical, coordination and communication skills.
