About the Role :

We are looking for a QA Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in software testing and automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Selenium or Playwright, Postman, REST Assured, Mobile Testing, and Manual Testing, along with a basic understanding of payment gateways and payment transaction flows.

The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, automating functional and regression scenarios, validating APIs, performing mobile testing, and ensuring the quality and reliability of payment-related applications and services.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.

Automate web application test scenarios using Selenium or Playwright.

Develop and maintain reliable automation scripts for functional and regression testing.

Perform API testing using Postman and REST Assured.

Validate REST APIs, request/response parameters, status codes, headers, authentication,



and error handling.

Perform mobile application testing across different devices and screen sizes.

Execute functional, regression, integration, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end testing.

Identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.

Analyze test failures and troubleshoot issues by reviewing application logs, API responses, and browser/network behaviour.

Collaborate with developers, product teams, and other QA engineers to understand requirements and resolve defects.

Participate in test planning, test case reviews, and release validation. Maintain automation scripts and improve test coverage.

Validate application behaviour across different browsers and environments.

Perform end-to-end testing of payment-related workflows and transaction scenarios.
