Key Responsibilities

- Clinical Governance & Oversight: Ensure medical protocols are followed; provide consultation support; approve escalated cases.
- Team Management (150+ Nurses): Supervise and mentor nurses; manage licensing, training, performance evaluation.
- Training & Capacity Building: Conduct induction and refresher training; address skill gaps.
- Health Audits & Compliance: Implement audits; ensure adherence to board and local health guidelines.
- Data Review & Reporting: Analyze trends and submit weekly/monthly dashboards.
- Program Management: Oversee campaigns; coordinate annual check-ups; design health education.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships with schools and parents; handle escalations.
- Strategic Planning: Assist expansion, tech adoption, and budget forecasting.
