- The candidate should have hands-on experience as an Onsite Desktop L2 Support Engineer.
- MNC experience is preferred. A small stint with MNC organization is fine.
- Mumbai candidate is preferred
- Robust working knowledge of an ITSM platform is mandatory. Knowledge on Windows11.
- Hands-on experience in project implementation is expected.
- The candidate should be comfortable with vendor management and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Complete end-to-end infrastructure experience is not mandatory for this position.
- Microsoft Intune and ServiceNow experience are mandatory and will be key screening criteria.
- Assets management & Procurements.
- TAB configurations.
- Device compliance activities; like firewall, antivirus.
- Candidate will be coordinating with APAC countries on regular basis. Hence, communication should be good.
