Roles and Responsibilities

- 35 years of experience in end-to-end offer management, onboarding, and Day 1 joining activities.

- Hands-on experience in managing the end-to-end interview process, including coordination with candidates and stakeholders.

- Experience in apprentice hiring and management through the NAPS Portal.

- Solid understanding of HRMS systems, preferably Workday, with experience in HR technology and related processes.

- Exposure to automation in onboarding and other HR processes, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar field.

- MBA/PGDM (HR/Industrial Relations) degree preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations regarding employment practices.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
