Job Summary:
We are hiring Transaction Processing Representatives to handle transaction/financial data with accuracy and ensure timely completion of processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and verify transactions accurately.
- Review and reconcile financial/transaction data.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies.
- Maintain records and update databases.
- Follow SLA, compliance, and process guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries.

Requirements:

- Graduate preferred.
- Positive typing speed and computer knowledge.
- Basic MS Excel/MS Office skills.
- Good communication and numerical accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in evening/night shifts.
