Position / Designation - Branch Manager

Location: Nalasopara, Mumbai

Salary- 6 LPA

Main Tasks

: To lead a team for consistent business development, customer acquisition and retention and for achieving business & revenue targets while ensuring quality service to customers, operational adherence, asset quality of portfolio

Skill Sets

- Basic Gold & Precious metals market Knowledge in India
- Basic Gold Market prevailing at the native market (The state which the Muthoot Gold Point is located )
- Ability to motivate subordinates
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Performance and target driven approach to business development
- Administrative abilities
- Basic Computer knowledge and our software
- Negotiation on the price with the customer

Communication Skills

Conversant in local language and English
