- Between 1 to 4 yrs. relevant work experience at a packaging design/ branding/ advertising agency with significant exposure to packaging design projects.
- Basic knowledge of packaging formats, materials and print processes is essential. Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office. Expertise in structural design CGI software would be an added advantage.
- A professional degree in design/ graphic arts with an evolved aesthetic senseis desirable.
- Team player, high learning orientation with a problem-solving mindset and robust understanding of branding, consumer behaviourand cross-category packaging design trends.
