Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct internal audits to identify areas of improvement in business processes, operations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement effective audit plans, procedures, and reporting mechanisms to ensure timely completion of audits.
- Collaborate with management teams to resolve identified issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements based on audit findings.
Job Requirements :
- 6-8 years of experience in Internal Auditing or related field.
- Robust knowledge of risk assessment, process audit, and internal control principles.
- Proven track record in conducting successful internal audits using various methodologies (e.g., COSO ERM).
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
