Salary: Up to INR 50K PM

The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive, people-oriented Community Host who enjoys managing spaces, solving problems and creating memorable member experiences. You will be the welcoming face of DEXTRUS while supporting daily centre operations, member relationships, events and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Community Desk

- Welcome members and visitors, understand their requirements and guide them appropriately.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, messages, correspondence, couriers, bills and parcels.

Centre Operations

- Supervise housekeeping and pantry teams using established checklists.
- Maintain the centre, equipment and assets according to DEXTRUS service standards and SOPs.

Member Experience

- Conduct member check-ins, onboarding, check-outs and centre tours.
- Assist with meeting-room bookings, inquiries and additional requirements.




- Support sales inquiries and maintain relevant member documentation.

Vendor Management

- Coordinate and negotiate with vendors under supervision.
- Track vendor work, AMC deliverables and operational documentation.

What Were Looking For

- 23 years of experience in operations, front desk or office management.
- Strong spoken English, professional etiquette and a presentable personality.
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills.
