Job Description IT Recruiter (Contract Staffing / C2H / Permanent Hiring)
Role: IT Recruiter
Office Timings: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
Week Offs: 2nd & 4th Saturday off
Work Mode: Work from office (own laptop + internet required)
Key Responsibilities
- IT Recruitment Expertise: Must have handson experience in Contract Staffing, C2H, and Permanent Hiring.
- Technical Knowledge: Positive understanding of IT skills, technologies, and role requirements.
- Sourcing: Identify and source quality candidates from target companies using job portals (Naukri, Monster), networking, and references.
- Drive Coordination: Coordinate with candidates for weekday and weekend drives.
- Immediate Joiner: Candidate must be available to join immediately.
Interview Process
1. Online Test – Mandatory; must score above 50%.
2. L1 – Virtual Interview.
3. L2 – Virtual Interview.
4. Document Submission – Final step before onboarding.
