Keystone Real Estate Advisory Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our growing Real Estate Marketing Team.

Job Details

- Position: Graphic Designer & Video Editor
- Location: MIDC, Andheri East, Mumbai
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Industry: Real Estate Preferred
- Experience: 1 year - 3 Years
- CTC: 3 LPA 5 LPA (Based on last drawn salary)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Week Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday + Sunday
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

CTC Criteria

APPLY ONLY IF YOU ARE COMFORTABLE WITH THE CTC RANGE OF 3 LPA – 5 LPA.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging social media creatives, advertisements, brochures, property creatives, and marketing collaterals.
- Design creative content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Create and edit Instagram Reels, property walkthroughs, promotional videos, and short-form videos.
- Edit video content using qualified editing tools.
- Develop visually appealing content aligned with real estate projects and campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communication.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Manage multiple creative requirements while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, creative formats,



and video content styles.

Skills Required

- Canva & Adobe Photoshop – Mandatory
- Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut
- Strong graphic design and visual communication skills
- Good video editing skills
- Understanding of social media formats, dimensions, and trends
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines

Industry Preference

Real Estate experience is preferred and will be an added advantage, especially candidates with experience creating property marketing creatives, project videos, reels, and digital campaigns.

Candidate Profile

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Graphic Designing & Video Editing
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both static creatives and video content
- Good understanding of branding and digital marketing
- Candidates who can independently manage day-to-day creative requirements will be preferred
