Position: Sales Engineers

Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Mumbai / Pune
Experience: 2+ Years

Reporting To: Area Sales Manager / Regional Manager / Sales Head

What You'll Do

- Drive sales & business development across the assigned territory.
- Achieve revenue and sales targets through effective territory management.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with customers, contractors, dealers & distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads and convert opportunities into orders.
- Manage receivables and collections within the assigned territory.
- Conduct customer visits, site surveys, product demonstrations and technical discussions.
- Support tenders, pre-bid meetings, exhibitions, seminars and customer training programs.
- Develop and expand the dealer/distributor network.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
- Maintain accurate CRM/ERP records,



sales reports and weekly visit plans.
- Work closely with SBU Heads, Product Specialists and Sales Coordinators to achieve business objectives.

What We're Looking For

- BE / B.Tech Mechanical only.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the Safety / Fire Fighting / Industrial Products industry.
- Experience working with contractors, distributors and channel partners.
- Strong knowledge of the assigned geography and customer network.
- Proven sales track record with a strong business-development mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Analytical thinking and effective decision-making ability.
- Valuable computer skills and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Ability to perform effectively in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
