Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Conduct bulk hiring campaigns for multiple positions within a short span of time.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Solid understanding of bulk hiring processes and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate salary packages effectively.
- Proficiency in using various sources like job boards, social media platforms, etc. for sourcing candidates.
