Role & responsibilities
- The incumbent should have experience in handling of imports / exports shipments.
- Follow up with CHA for custom clearance of export / import shipments.
- Maintaining records for shipments schedule & logistics.
- Making all pre shipment & post shipment documents of export consignments.
- Negotiation with transporters for import & export shipments.
- Negotiation with freight forwarders.
- DGFT matters relating to advance authorizations, EPCG authorization etc.
Preferred candidate profile
The candidate should be a graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in imports & exports and DGFT matters in a company having a minimum turnover of Rs. 50 crore per annum. Candidate should have valuable English and communication skills (oral and written), he must possess hands on experience in MS Excel & MS Word. Candidate should be mumbai based.
