Key Responsibilities:

- Perform end-to-end Software Testing activities including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Design, execute, and validate test cases based on business and functional requirements.
- Identify, track, and report defects through the defect management lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to ensure quality deliverables.
- Support release testing, regression testing, and production validations as required.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Testing.
- Experience working on Banking, Capital Markets, or Financial Services projects.
- Valuable understanding of Payments, Settlement, Reconciliation, and Accounting processes.
- Hands-on experience in SIT and UAT execution.
- Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Exposure to banking applications and transaction processing systems.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
