Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth, revenue expansion, and customer acquisition in the credit card industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, launch, and maintain products that meet market needs and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product decisions and optimize portfolio performance.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including sales teams, partners, and internal departments to ensure seamless execution of product plans.

Job Requirements :

- 5-12 years of experience in Product Management or a related field within the banking or financial services industry.
- Solid understanding of Credit Cards/ Personal Loans, Business Loans, MSME Loans, Loan Against Property, and other asset products. domain knowledge including Regulatory Compliance (CCI), Rewards programs, Portfolio Management & Performance Monitoring.
- Proven track record of developing successful products that drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
