About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and creative Junior Graphic Designer with a strong eye for

aesthetics and a genuine interest in skincare, beauty, and science. If you enjoy creating

engaging social media content, stay updated with the latest design and Instagram trends, and

love transforming ideas into visually compelling creatives, we'd love to hear from you.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-paced

creative environment while working on educational and marketing content in the skincare

industry.

Responsibilities

Design engaging creatives for Instagram and other social media platforms.

Create marketing creatives for campaigns, product launches, educational content, and

promotions.

Assist in developing visual concepts that align with the brand identity.

Stay updated with current social media, skincare, beauty, and graphic design trends.

Work closely with the creative team to execute campaigns from concept to final design.

Adapt designs for multiple formats including posts, stories, reels, carousels, and ads.

Maintain consistency in typography, color palettes, layouts, and overall brand aesthetics.

Organize design files and maintain proper project documentation.





Be open to feedback and continuously improve design quality.

What We're Looking For

1–2 years of experience in graphic design.

Strong aesthetic sense with a good understanding of composition, typography, color

theory, and visual hierarchy.

Passion for skincare, beauty, wellness, or science-based content.

Familiarity with current Instagram trends, social media content formats, and digital marketing creative

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.

Software Skills

Must Have

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Valuable to Have

Basic knowledge of Figma is a plus

Bonus Points If You

Follow skincare creators, dermatologists, or beauty brands on social media.

Understand current design aesthetics and visual storytelling.

Have experience designing reels, carousel posts, and performance marketing creatives.

Have an interest in branding, UI design, or content strategy.

Enjoy learning about skincare ingredients and science-backed beauty.
