Role & responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities at the site.
- Coordinate and allocate work to workers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials used.
- Check measurements and work progress on a daily basis.
- Maintain site records, attendance, material usage, and daily progress reports.
- Coordinate with the Site Engineer regarding technical and site-related issues.
- Ensure proper use and availability of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Monitor work schedules and report delays or site issues.
- Ensure workers follow site safety rules and procedures.
- Identify and report defective or incomplete work and ensure corrective action.




- Coordinate with other teams to avoid delays and work conflicts.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping at the work site.
- Assist in inspections, measurements, and handover activities.

Requirements

- 25 years of experience in construction/site supervision preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of basic construction methods and practices.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to manage workers and subcontractors effectively.
- Basic knowledge of safety and quality requirements.
- Willingness to work at construction/project sites.
