Key Requirement:
- experience in Regulatory/Compliance, preferably in the Payments domain.
- Solid knowledge of RBI & NPCI regulations, circulars and guidelines.
- Hands-on understanding of UPI, NACH, BBPS and other payment products.
- Conduct regulatory impact assessments and ensure timely implementation of compliance requirements.
- Monitor regulatory changes and payment product compliance.
- Conduct compliance reviews, testing and transaction lifecycle control checks.
- Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Handle compliance queries from internal stakeholders and prepare MIS/dashboards.
- Support RBI inspections and regulatory submissions.
